Got this at a little cafe in San Diego. Very yummy. Nice twist on a cobb salad with the spring mix of greens.

at Mio’s in Cincinnati. Baked in a wood-fired oven and extremely tasty. Yes, those are sesame seeds on the crust.

This was perfect. I loved it. A little bit of red onion, tomato, cream cheese and a ton of smoked salmon. Genius on an sesame bagel. YUM.

Erin: Uncooked Lasagne

I told my roommate that this looked like baby vomit as a joke, but now that I look back at this photo - I was eerily correct. However, after about 45 mins in the oven it looked like nothing but delicious!

Erin: Left Over Quiznos Salad of Indeterminent Variety with Pita

My roommate had gotten this one day prior to me photographing it. She said I could eat the left overs, but it was just a little too wilted and sad for me to bear eating it. The pita was good though!

I have no idea where this came from. It was wrapped up in white paper in the back of the fridge. Maybe a roommate donation? Whatever the case it was basically a brick of nasty covered in a film of yuck.
