This one was messy and rather plain. I suggest spicing it up with Italian seasoning and some extra cheese (which probs negates the healthy factor, but that is okay).

Lunch salad. While this looks like a globulous mess, it was actually quite delicious. Secret ingredient? Ranch dressing.
