Erika: Pork Loin and Eggs

Taken from a local cafe on a road trip from New York to Los Angeles. This was pork and eggs - pork loin, two eggs, potatoes, a biscuit and juice. Oh, and of course, a cup of coffee. This was taken AFTER I finished eating - it’s like the more I ate the more food appeared on the plate.

This was my husband’s breakfast at one of our stops on a road trip from New York to Los Angeles. This combo breakfast consisted of eggs, pancakes, potatoes, bacon, a biscuit, and orange juice.
