vegancupcake: Broken chocolate raspberry dreams

I was baking this vegan Raspberry Blackout Cake with rich dark ganache topping to take to work tomorrow for my birthday.  It was going to be amazing and delicious and beautifully decorated with fresh berries on top.  Alas, through a series of miscalculations I ended up pouring enough batter for two 8-9 inch rounds into two 10 inch rounds, resulting in super thin layers that broke in half while trying to assemble, and now I’m left with delicious but ugly chocolate raspberry goop.  If you rate this item favorably, would you please come over to my house and help me eat it?  I never want to go near anything chocolate again.

Erika: Banana Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pancakes

My friend sent me this photo from a recent trip to Chicago. Apparently these were the most delicious pancakes of all time - banana chocolate chip peanut butter pancakes. And that looks like a little whipped cream in there ... mmmmmmmmmmm.
