This was perfect. I loved it. A little bit of red onion, tomato, cream cheese and a ton of smoked salmon. Genius on an sesame bagel. YUM.

A standard breakfast around my place.  I like the Greek-style yogurts because they’re thicker than the Dannon/Yoplait kind.
