Erika: Swedish Meatballs!

These are Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and lingenberries. We had these at the Santa Lucia Swedish Christmas Festival down at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. As you can see, there isn’t much left because it was DELICOUS!
