Last course - Caramelized Mustard Marshmallow with pineapple sorbet. The mustard was extremely mild and almost hidden to the palette, just like how the sorbet was inside the marshmallow!! A perfect ending!!

Third course; Choucroute Garnie.

Morteau, boudin blanc and braised pork belly with sauerkraut. I never had a more perfect plate to go with beer. Outstanding.

Our favorite appetizer for the evening; Stone Barns “Pigs-in-a-Blanket”!! Fresh pork sausage that had the consistency of a Vienna sausage, wrapped in a flaky pastry crust, sprinkled with black sesame seeds.
