Tommy: Canned Sardines

Anybody here ever try to eat sardines whole from the can? They are
about as pungent as you can get. I say go for it.

Tommy: A plate of Scrapple

Scrapple. For those of you who don’t know what it is, Scrapple is a
savory mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and
flour, often buckwheat flour. The mush is formed into a loaf, and
slices of the scrapple are then fried before serving. Scraps of meat
left over from butchering, arguably too disgusting to be used or sold
elsewhere, were made into scrapple to avoid waste. It is a
Philadelphia delicacy. To be eaten sparingly.

Tommy: Hot Dogs!

A couple of kosher dogs. One is topped with ketchup, the other is
loaded with relish. Best eaten at baseball games and picnics where
the host is too lazy to pick up hamburgers.

It’s Spam. Spam-a-lot. Everyone’s favorite canned precooked meat
product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation. Did you know that in
Hawaii, Spam is so popular it is sometimes dubbed “The Hawaiian
Steak.“ What is wrong with Hawaiians?

Tommy: Beer Battered Pizza

Anyone ever tried this before? You take a pizza and dip it in beer, and then coat it in flour and topping, and fry that baby on the stove. Best served in frat houses and late at night. What do you think?

Tommy: Thanksgving Turkey

Aunt Judy’s turkey for our annual get-together. This puppy right here weighed in at about 15 lbs. Juicy and tender as always. And sure enough, it put me to sleep after the meal.

It was Colby’s birthday in the office, and what we got him here is a vanilla chocolate swirl cake with rasberry filling. Not sure where it came from, I just know it was delicious. I love birthday cake.
