Red Lentil Soup made with Coconut Milk to give it that little extra
richness. Lentils are blended with a coconut and rice milk blend, and
seasoned with curry. Serve this yummy soup with rice!

I wish I could say I made this myself, but alas it was purchased from Food deli in Los Angeles. Still one of the freshest fruit salads I’ve ever had.  Usually it is all cantalope and honeydew, but not this one.  This has all the good fruits.
